Inspired by a Factory Night rednile held in Feb 2012 in a dark, damp cave in Roker….

Unlock the gates to inherit the crown of the long lost Pirate Kingdom.
Play the game!

Powerful sea forces have been in battle since the beginning of times…
Capitaine Spottee was doomed and trapped in the Netherworld at Roker cave.
He has now gathered forces and is calling his allies to set him free.
You must join forces, find the 10 gates and unlock them with the hidden keys.
You must perform Spottee’s Resurrection ritual, get the booty and the Crown to the long lost Pirate Kingdom! Aye an` a keg o` rum! P )

A Date with the Foreign is an installation made as a result of a three months artist residency at Het Wilde Weten in Rotterdam. An attempt to reenact, reinterpret and redefine the space in between people’s communication.

Liberty Control exhibition at RAiR 24 sept – 3 oct

RAiR (Residencies Artist initiatives Rotterdam) have invited me to take part in the Liberty Control exhibition together with 13 other artists in residence at 5 different institutions in Rotterdam.
I will present a site-specific S.O.R. game adaptation for Duende.
